Welfare Issues

The main welfare issue that Jovial Siamese is focussing on at the moment is the invasive testing and euthanasia of cats and dogs, performed by Iams during the development of its animal feed products. Jovial Siamese do not use and would not recommend anyone to use Iams products. For more information we recommend that you visit the Uncaged Campaigns site.

We have also found a very useful site for those people who like to avoid products that have been tested on animals. The Naturewatch site provides a fairly comprehensive list of products categorised according to the type of testing used in their development. It also provides a booklet by mail order, which summarises this information.
